Tasting Notes

I don’t know about you, but this year for Oktoberfest, I’m planning on guzzling German wine with my beer cheese instead of German ale. And Electric Chardonnay Acid Test is absolutely the first bottle I’m gonna twist open. It’s an all-out blitz of crunchy green apple, lime tic tacs, and meyer lemons just, you know, straight-up loaded into a trebuchet and catapulted directly at your face on loop like some kind of twisted Mario Party minigame. It’d probably be called Lemon Head. This chardonnay with a splash of riesling is zingy, zesty, and all you could ever possibly want alongside snacks like schnitzel, bratwurst, pretzels, bread, and pretzel bread.

Pair With:

An Oktoberfest spread for the ages - sausages, garlicky beer cheese, mini pretzels strung up into necklaces, etc.
