Tasting Notes

Let’s talk about the elephant in the room. Or in this case, the horse on the label. He kinda looks like a version of BoJack Horseman, but if he had his sh*t together. Now, the show is truly perfect as-is, and I think we can all agree that if BoJack wasn’t such a tragic hero, it would have blown. But back to the label. This BoJack would have gotten sober sooner, and maybe he’d have married Diane and they could have had a proper love story. Don’t tell me you didn’t want that too. But at the same time, this guy looks sorta like a huge douchebag. Look at his twirly mustache. Anyway, enough fan fiction - regardless of which hypothetical BoJack Horseman we’re talking about, I think we can all agree that any BoJack could make a mean cocktail. Show Pony Rosé basically encapsulates a guava-kiwi-infused Tom Collins, a jalapeño margarita with smashed strawberries muddled within, or a communal punch bowl filled with an amalgam of liquor and soupy rainbow sherbet. A real treat.

Pair With:

Naturally, all six seasons of the most well-written animated television series of all time. We can fight about it if you want. Oh, and some nachos toasted up on a sheet pan as your viewing snack.

Funk-o-Meter

Funky, sharp, and surprisingly deep - like Season 6, Episode 15: “The View From Halfway Down.”
