Tasting Notes

Ah, Fun Juice. A prime example of just some good wine-naming. It is fun juice, period. Safe to say that’s where they were going with that? I mean, look at what a good time the people on the label are having, swimming around in their abstract oil slick of primary colors. This orange bottle of partytime bubbles smells like mowing your lawn while it’s covered in fallen fuji apples that’ll inevitably get caught in the blades to be shredded into floral, grassy, apple-y pulp. But it tastes a lot better than that, promise. We go to great lengths for a metaphor here. A sour uppercut of clementine zest blasts us off into a citrusy planet (there I go with the metaphors again), and I can see no better way to take advantage of this sparkling brilliance than a breezy picnic with a ham sandwich on baguette.

Pair With:

A fancy-ass French sandwich: baguette from the best bakery you can think of, jambon de Paris (that’s right, it’s called Paris ham), nutty gruyere, dijon, chopped cornichons (lil baby pickles), and a thin layer of salted butter. Skip the greens, none of us need it today.

Funk-o-Meter

Lots of sour-beer-like refreshment all up in your business.
