Old Westminster Farm Fizz
Tasting Notes
A very exciting spritzed-up can for you to glug on a balmy day. It’s a tangy, funky ambrosia salad involving exclusively green stuff - kiwi, sour apple, raw fennel, tart pear, starfruit, honeydew melon, and some lime gummies thrown in, because every salad needs croutons. And, there’s a distinct note of grape. That’s not a wine joke - it really tastes like green grapes. Crack a cold one of these open instead of a beer after any activity that generates so much as one bead of sweat. Bonus points if that involves anything outdoors. And most importantly, if you’re the type to throw ice cubes in your tumbler of white for optimal refreshment, I implore you to try Farm Fizz.
Pair With:
Wendy’s chicken nuggets, goat yoga, and/or good old-fashioned yard work in your garden - things like mowing the lawn, repeating “I’m not mad at you, just disappointed” to an underripe batch of squash, or contemplating plucking a few weeds and then ultimately deciding to put it off again for another three weeks (years).
Funk-o-Meter
Enough haze creeping in to know that this is not a regular wine - it’s a ~cool~ wine.
